Attorney Carl Bush is a seasoned, experienced attorney who has been practicing law for over thirty years, having done work for various international organizations, businesses, and many individual clients from a variety of backgrounds. He has practiced before the United States Supreme Court, various federal courts around the United States, the National Labor Relations Board, and various state courts throughout the state of Arkansas.
FAMILY LAW
Attorney Bush handles uncontested divorces for a flat fee of $700.00, and not a penny more. Very few attorneys offer a rate this competitive for uncontested divorces, particularly given the quality of work he can do for his clients in this area of the law.
PROBATE LAW
Attorney Bush also assists clients with their estate planning and other probate matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and guardianships.
IMMIGRATION LAW
Attorney Bush has practiced immigration law for nearly two decades, handling a variety of immigration cases, some in affirmative proceedings before USCIS and some in removal proceedings before federal Immigration Judges and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
CRIMINAL LAW
Attorney Bush is also a seasoned litigator in criminal cases, having conducted hundreds of jury and bench trials in federal and state courts in Arkansas. In many such trials, clients were facing the prospect of spending the rest of their lives in prison, but were spared such a frightening outcome by an acquittal resulting from his strong litigation skills and experience.

Carl has practiced in United States District Courts, as well as before the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, focusing on legal issues in his practice. Carl has also successfully litigated cases on behalf of various clients, obtaining acquittals or hung juries in cases where clients were faced with the prospect of spending virtually the rest of their lives in prison.
